Terms of service

Here are some guidelines that may help you:

• When loading the bin please place the heaviest items in the front of the bin (end opposite the doors) and ensure the contents are evenly distributed from left to right. This is critical for proper lifting of the bin and prevents tipping during this process.
  
• During delivery of bin the customer will identify a location for the bin to be placed.
  
• Upon pick up it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is adequate access and that the bin has been loaded properly. If we cannot pick up due to being blocked or overloaded this may result in a dry run / trip fee of $100
  
• The bin should not be filled above the top of the side walls or the fill line if dirt or rock.
  
• If the bin is overloaded it will be the responsibility of the customer to remove the contents until it is safe to load. 
  
• Bins should not exceed 6 tons in weight. We will help you determine this when we schedule.
  
• Any damage to the bin from improper loading or use may cause additional fees.
