Refunds

We do not have a return policy,  If you scheduled, booked and confirmed a delivery, you will be charged the agreed upon price.  In some instances we may reduce the price to the shorter term fee.  This will be decided upon with your Rapid Dumpsters contact.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your bin upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
